The conference call meeting of the Board was called to order at 9:03 p.m. by President Vigorito

Call to select replacement for Bob Wendling’s seat as he’s been selected the
National Board

Review of the candidates.

Nic is confirmed as Vice Chair.

Discussion about the possibility of doing a silent auction of closed race entries at the meeting to donate proceeds to charity.

$500 for Club with most members

$250 for second most members in attendance

$100 random for club attendance

Conversation about USAT Board meeting on Feb 6^th 

Confirmation of reservations and rooms for Omni for meetings and rooms 

USAT hiring two coordinators to administer to the needs of the regions. Tara McCarthy will be handling the liaison duties for the Eastern regions.  

USAT will be paying for an admin staff person to work not more than 10 hrs per week.  

Review of agenda for the annual meeting.
